Honey Massage

Tibetan technique with a modern approach

The Honey Massage is a Tibetan traditional therapeutic method, performed using natural honey which I refined with my own modern modifications. This treatment works deeply on the muscles, fascia, skin, and lymphatic system, helping the body release toxins, reduce hidden inflammation, and restore balance.

The massage lasts approximately 40–50 minutes, depending on the client’s individual reactions and sensations. During the honey massage phase, some clients may experience temporary discomfort in areas with underlying muscle tension or hidden inflammation. With repeated sessions, these inflammatory processes can be significantly reduced or resolved.

Massage Structure

This massage is offered exclusively to women.

The treatment consists of four stages:

  1. Body Preparation – 10 minutes
Gentle massage using selected massage oils for the body or face, preparing the body and nervous system for deeper work.

  2. Honey Massage – 15–20 minutes
Application of natural honey using a specialized Tibetan technique to stimulate circulation, draw toxins from the tissues, and work deeply on muscles and fascia.

  3. Warm Water Bath – 5 minutes
A cleansing bath to remove honey residue and draw out oily secretions released from the pores during the massage.

  4. Relaxing Aromatherapy Massage – 10–15 minutes
A soothing finishing massage with aromatic oils to calm the nervous system and support deep relaxation.
